We do not promise or guarantee any financial return, income, capital growth or other outcome. Property investment involves risk, including that property values and rental income may fall as well as rise.
5. The Sovereign Guarantee
SPIG offers a Sovereign Guarantee on eligible residential services — a commitment to keep working with you at no further professional fee until the agreed milestone is met, subject to its terms.
For clarity, the Sovereign Guarantee is a service commitment only. It is not a refund, and it is not a guarantee of any financial return, income, capital growth, rental yield or outcome. Any property investment carries risk, and individual results vary. The full terms apply as set out in your service agreement.
6. Testimonials and examples
Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of particular people and are not a representation that you, or anyone else, will achieve the same or similar results. Any examples or figures are illustrative only. Any references to the founder's personal results are his own and are not a representation of typical outcomes.
7. Our licensing
SPIG holds a real estate / buyer's agent licence. SPIG is not an Australian financial services licensee and does not provide financial product advice; SPIG is not a credit provider or credit assistance provider; and SPIG does not provide tax or legal advice.
8. Accuracy and external links
We take care to ensure information is accurate at the time it is published, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error. The Site may link to third-party material, for which we are not responsible.
9. Australian Consumer Law
