Sovereignty Through Property

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about working with SPIG.

Getting Started

How much money do I need to start investing with SPIG?

Capital requirements depend on your strategy, target market, and structure. If you're not yet at the starting line, the Sovereign Property Planning System will show you what you can build from your current position and how quickly you could reach the entry threshold. We don't turn away people who aren't quite ready - we help them get there.

I am not Australian. Can I invest in Australian property?

Yes. SPIG works with clients investing in Australian property from India, the UAE, the UK, Singapore, and the US. The process is manageable remotely. There are specific Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) requirements and additional stamp duty surcharges in most states for foreign purchasers - SPIG helps you navigate all of this as part of the engagement.

Do I need to be in Sydney to work with SPIG?

No. SPIG operates nationally and internationally. Strategy sessions are conducted via video call, property presentations are delivered via prospectus reports, and inspections are coordinated by SPIG or our local partner network. Most of our clients never set foot in the property before acquiring it.

Packages & Fees

What's the difference between Residential Strategy and Commercial Advisory?

Residential Strategy is our flagship done-for-you method - we plan, source, and acquire residential property structured to hold itself. Commercial Advisory is delivered on a senior, strategy-led basis for experienced investors expanding beyond residential. Both are backed by the Sovereign Guarantee for qualifying clients who complete the engagement as designed.

How is SPIG paid?

Our fee structure is set out in full in your engagement agreement before you sign anything. We explain it transparently in your Property Planning Session so you know exactly what you're committing to. There are no referral fees from developers, no commissions from selling agents, and no undisclosed payments.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. SPIG's fees are set out in the engagement agreement before you sign, and the agreement is reviewed by independent legal partners. SPIG's only income from your engagement is the transparent fee structure in your agreement.

The Process

How long does it take to acquire a property?

Timelines depend on your criteria, your target markets, and market conditions. SPIG does not manufacture urgency or push clients toward properties that do not meet the Alpha Audit criteria - even if that means waiting for the right opportunity.

Can I reject a property SPIG presents?

Yes - always. SPIG presents properties for your consideration; we don't pressure you to acquire anything. Our job is to find properties that meet your criteria and pass our Alpha Audit, and to advise you honestly. The decision is always yours.

What happens after I buy a property?

SPIG's engagement covers the acquisition through to settlement. Afterwards, we can introduce you to property management partners in the relevant market. For clients who remain in the SPIG ecosystem, we continue to provide market updates, portfolio reviews, and guidance on the next acquisition.

The Community

What is the SPIG Skool community?

Skool is SPIG's paid membership community at $150 AUD per month. It includes live coaching sessions with Jasmiit Siingh, strategy sessions, access to the SPIG resource library, and a community of investors at various stages of their journey. It is separate from a buyer's agency engagement - for people who want ongoing education and accountability.

Does SPIG post content in Hindi and Punjabi?

Yes. Jasmiit Siingh posts regularly across social media in Hindi and Punjabi as well as English, and the SPIG Telegram channel distributes content in all three languages. For clients whose first language is Hindi or Punjabi, strategy sessions can be conducted in those languages on request.
